         Mammootty as interesting police officer    
In the film to be directed by Renji Panicker’s son Nithin Renji Panicker, Mammooty will be the hero. He would appear as a jovial police officer who goes about chewing beetle leaf. Nithin has also written the story and script for the film.

         Trisha opposite Kamal    
Trisha has been approached to play the lead opposite Kamal Hassan in his next film. It is hinted that she has agreed to do the film after reading the script. The film to be directed by the actor’s associates will be produced by his production company.
