This is regarding intentional public nuisance (torture) committed by anti-social gangs by arranging petty programs on public road side in the shield of festivals/worship.

Peaceful and private stay of citizens in his/her home is denied intentionally, and is clearly a human rights violation.

Police have no control over these anti-social-elements. With or without mike permission they are allowed to use loudspeakers illegally. Written and telephone complaints to government authorities have no effect on these gangs as they have unaccounted money and influence.

Police should strictly check the program notice for the registration number, names of the office bearers and list of live stage programs before giving permission to use mike.

Placing many number of high intensity loudspeakers together on road side without having sufficient own land, and playing recorded music should be taken into custody immediately.

Unaccounted number of receipts are printed to collect donations from poor response less and superstitious people. There is no accounting/auditing or tax for the money collected by these gangs.

It is high time to act against this evil to save the poor citizens from unnecessary hardship and silent deceases.
